SAPA - would expats or tourists be interested in guided tour?

Hello! I started doing guided tours in Sapa market in English, mainly for expats. So far, everything works on peer-to-peer recommendations of my past participants that enjoyed the tour and through my own active promoting (spamming lol) in one private expat FB group. I have received some feedbacks, that I should offer this to tourists and i should contact hotel concierges etc. To be honest, im not sure if its worth it, though. Would tourists actually be interested in this "Little Hanoi" experience when they are in Prague for a limited time? I really doubt so, but im open to opinions from others.

Other tip i received was to offer this to companies for teambuildings and outings. Any HRs in here, who could tell me if this would be appreciated in your companies?

I am a local Vietnamese and I can do the tours in both Czech and English, but i prefer to hold them in English (im working on improving my English)
