Help with Scratch card question.

Were both new to these figures, wife got me a whole box for Christmas from a Pop Mart store and we got this card, figure seems normal, qr on the back takes up to the normal pop mart site. After an hour of research it seems like this is a rare card but how rare and how do we redeem whatever is under the scratch area?
