Timi don't know what to do with goodra

Goodra for the past two weeks now has been the lowest win rate pokemon in unite as given by unite api, it has never had over 50% win rate and is continuously struggling in matches.

Why does goodra always seem to struggle in unite metas? I think its kit is very limited, it pales in cc in comparison to other defenders, it has no way to support its allies and is overall a very self centered pokemon, there will be people telling you that goodra is broken because they have witnessed goodras getting triple 100k+ games and no other pokemon in unite seems to be capable of achieving this feat that easily, yes its true that goodra under the right circumstances can get incredible games but it is very situatonal, any good player can be capable of countering a goodra. I think goodra gets an even worse reputation due to its players, why do goodra players insist on always using dragon pulse? Dragon pulse against mainly ranged comps or mobile comps is useless, however muddy water circumventes those difficulties, you need to know what moveset is more viable to pick against the enemy team.

But now leading on to my main point, i don't think timi knows what to do with goodra, it got cooldown buffs a few patches ago which have helped nothing for goodra, the fact that they only reduced cooldowns on moves proves to me that they don't know what to do with goodra, as stated in the previous paragraph it lacks in cc and support for its team, it's literally there to only soak up damage. It doesnt have a damage dealing problem so you cant really buff it there so how can you buff goodra? For me personally it needs a rework.
