I don't understand how some people could have complaints about the Portal

I was skeptical when I first heard about what the Portal was, since I was expecting a handheld similar to the PSP or Vita. That was until I thought about it more. Why would I want a handheld that plays trimmed down PS games when I could have a device that's literally a handheld g Being able to play full PS3 games on my PSP would've blown people's minds, so why are they complaining now.
