How happy are you with the shift towards "charge on X"?

I personally can't say that I like it. I prefer items going through their cooldowns "normally" for the most part. I also liked how "charge on X" used to be somewhat of a standout ability featured on only a few items which set them apart. Now every other item and their grandma has this ability, and I simply find it boring and not fun. Again, that's not an objective truth, but simply my personal feeling.

I know, right now the charge values are completely overtuned, which means that even if charge stays, builds (hopefully) won't stay this degenerate forever. I still am of the opinion that a Bazaar where charge on X is so prevalent is less interesting in the long run than a Bazaar, where you have more mechanical heterogeneity.

I would much prefer if the game struck somewhat of a balance between this patch and the last, where you had more options to reduce the CD of your items and also stack a single item through monster loot. I do think that was a bit too easy/too consistent, but now it feels like you can't stack a single item at all anymore, because the game has become super stingy with loot items.

While the last patch did feature extremes that were unhealthy for the game, I feel like the new patch just replaced them with different extremes that are equally unhealthy. It's cool now for most people, because it's new, but I'm pretty confident that most of you will be sick of it in about two weeks time.
