Does anybody know how to fix this?

I want to download apex but its stuck downloading even tho nothing is downloading. Im in the not installed section and when i click it it says "Spustit" which means start or play. When click play it says "Aplikaci nelze nalézt. Chcete se podívat do obchodu Playstation Store?" Which means sum like Application not found. Do you want to look into the PS Store? But when i click ok it brings me to the store but nothing is there is nothing just the in game currency. If you know whats going on please let me know🙏.
