Spotting/irregular bleeding

I recently took a plan B on my week of ovulation like the second day 1/4 because the condom broke and i was worried. Fast forward i've been spotting for two weeks and i was supposed to get my period 1/23 but it's late. I can't tell if the spotting/irregular bleeding is just a light period but i doubt it. I'm just waiting for my period to come because i know that the plan b will delay my period. But is spotting/irregular bleeding for two weeks common before my period?
