game uninstalled but still on pc

(Not American) Recently I tried to install GoW: Ragnarok via DODI, but I stopped the download because it would use a lot of space and decided not to install, since then, my pc seems to think it is there even though it isn’t. I tried to remove the application via “add or remove programs” from the computer settings, but it gives this error, what can I do to take it away from my pc?
