Bringing baccy into Canada after trip

Hello you pretentious bastards, Canuck piper here with a couple of queries. It’s 2024 and I assume border etiquette has changed a bit since COVID. I’m driving down to Tennessee for my honeymoon and want to hit up the Gatlinburlier. I know personal exemption is 200g, but when I declare it I’m a little stuck as to how to do it for my wife and I:

• Does my wife declare to the agent 200g for herself even though I’m the only one who smokes a pipe?

• Do I have to make two transactions of 200g each with two different payments as proof?
