XDJ-XZ not recognizing SSD

Hello,

The XZ I got recently does not recognize the SSD but recognizes USB sticks. I tried the following so far:

Format: Fat32, HFS+, EXFAT

MBR

Updated XZ

Downgraded Rekordbox from 7 to 6.8.5 then 6.8

Made sure no playlist has more than 1000 songs

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The SSD is Fantom Drives VENOM8 2TB NVMe M.2 Internal SSD with Asus ROG Strix Arion enclosure.

The SSD works perfectly fine on both MAC and WINDOWS
