Why am I not migrated yet?

I've been mining for 5 years now on and off. Just last year in December I passed my first tentative kyc, but again this year in jan I was plaxed on tentative but passed in a week or so. Still I haven't migrated. My coins already are locked for 3 years and on top of that these people are delaying my migration. What can I do? Because the updating the password and email clearly delays the process or so I've heard.
