Private Request - Girlfriend’s baby brother didn’t make it, need help cleaning up

Like the title states, my girlfriend’s little brother didn’t make it past birth and the hospital either didn’t/couldn’t clean him up well before giving him to the mother. They only have 2 pictures of him and I’d like to see if you can help me clean him up so I can give it to the family.

Fair warning, the picture may be disturbing to some but I’d appreciate the help giving them a better picture of their family member.
