New cpu and case, no longer booting.

Hey there, I bought a new cpu and case for my pc and now it doesn't boot to windows or bios.

Here were my specs: Ms x470 gaming plus max R5 2600 16gb crucial ballistix 300mhz ram Radeon 5500xt 8gb Crucial p5 500gb and kioxia qtb m.2 drives Evga 600w white psu

To upgrade bought a 5700x3d, fractal pop air case and a gpu is on the way.

The first thing I did before disassembling my pc was boot to the latest bios. Everything was fine after that so I went to install my new parts.

Everything went together fine, didn't drop or damage anything (that I can tell) in the process but when I press the power button every fan spins up but the EZ debug dram light is on.

I tried each stick separately in each slot and nothing. I thought it could be a cpu issue so I wentback to the 2600 and again, nothing. Tried using other ram from my brother's computer I built not a month ago and still nothing, though I might add my ram works fine in his.

I have no bios flashback button but even still, it should work with the 2600 like it did before but nothing. Have also tried the gpu in a different slot and have reseated the 2600 twice, though haven't attempted the 5700x3d again.

Really don't want this to be bricked cuz I'm a teenager and disposable income is hard to come by, so no computer for half a year if this doesn't work. Thanks in advance to the people smarter than me.
