Weird inconvenient issue with failing to boot

So I’ve been having a issue for a while now since I changed case for my pc,despite there being no issues with the swap pyhsically it refused to boot unless discharged which then it would continue to work fine unless I try to restart it or enter bios to change settings so my case fans turn on below 60celcius.its not the biggest issue to me rn but its be nice to know if anyone has a solution to this weird issue that’s been haunting me for a while now
