Which GPU should I get?

I got an geforce gtx 1060 6gb rn. So i would like to upgrade to something better. for example the 4000 series. Here Im not sure what exactly is the way. The gpu will be used only for games.

I was thinking about 4060ti bc it got 16gb vram or the 4070/ti/ti super/ or smth higher. The Price shouldn't be above 800€.

And please explain what is the difference between all this models on the market bc im a noob in the pc thing. for example the one with 3 coolers or 2 and so on.
