After watching Ben Johnson, we got the right man in Vrabel.

I don't want to keep beating the Vrabel vs Johnson thing but I know the first time Vrabel falters or Johnson has a smidge of success there will be comparisons around here. After watching a clip of Ben Johnson addressing Bears staff yesterday, every single Patriots fan should be elated and thankful that we have Vrabs leading this team. Read these two quotes;

Mike Vrabel:

"Everyone in this building is going to understand and believe that their job is critically important for our success, and it's going to be how can I help you in order to help the players. Our players will respect, and they will appreciate, and they will be grateful for the opportunity that they have here and the people that work in this building."

Ben Johnson:

"There is nothing more important than that locker room, and us serving that locker room and those players, alright. They need to understand that and they need to feel that from us every single day."

One is going to create an environment of mutual respect where entitlement is removed and everyone works together as a team, the other is going to give a high sense of entitlement to the players which is going to cause issues.

Vrabel will create a winning culture, Johnson is going to learn the hard way.
