Locked Out of PoE2 Early Access. Anyone Else in the Same Boat?

So, here’s the deal: On the 17th, I left the game running during my Trial of Chaos (a guildmate assured me I’d lose progress if I exited). I ran out to grab some groceries, and when I came back, I was staring at the main menu screen.

Strange, I thought, but getting back in shall be one click away. Right? Nope. Instead, I was greeted with this message:
"Your account has been locked. Please contact support."

Naturally, I reached out to support immediately. But here’s the thing: it’s been two full working days in New Zealand (where Grinding Gear Games is based, so I assume their support team is as well), and I haven’t heard a peep. Meanwhile, all my friends are blazing ahead, and I’m stuck watching the game from afar.

I’m honestly feeling scammed at this point. I paid for Early Access to help test and polish the game, put in about 25 hours, and now my access is suddenly revoked with zero explanation.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? Or does anyone have advice on how to get a response from support faster?
