Crashing about every 15 minutes

Trying to figure out if anyone else is having this issue. Seemingly has nothing to do with what I’m doing in game, but approx 15 min (on the dot) after booting up the game my whole pc will crash. I’ve checked CPU and GPU temp, so it’s not a force crash due to high heat.

Anyone else? Or anyone have any thoughts to resolve?

*I should note that I bought it on steam, then to troubleshoot if it was a steam issue I subbed to Xbox game pass for a month just to install it there too… it also crashed about 15 min in on game pass.
