Iphone under 2lac

Salam guys, need urgent suggestion before making any purchase. I want to buy an iphone under 2lac for someone. My preference is latest models (pro/ non-pro) & I’m confused if I should go for PTA or buy a JV (only for local use). Kindly suggest what model falls under my budget & weather should I go for JV. I went to main markets in Islamabad, they had no Jv phones & now would be going to Pindi. But I’m skeptical on buying from there as they might sell refurbished kit claiming it’s water-packed. So recommend some well-reputed shops too.
