Stuck in party chat

This problem started last night when I left my ps group parry chat while a share play was still open and now everytime time I leave the party it doesn't say I left instead it says I've been disconnected from the party due to a network error and my friends have said I've never left the party even though my ps5 was turned off. I can still create parties and join other ones but for some reason it still says I'm in the group party. I've tried leaving the group and getting re added and that didn't work either. Anybody that knows how to fix this issue help would be much appreciated

Update: Reached the max hours and cannot join the party anymore.
