[HOUSING] Moving to Phoenix in January, any suggestions?

Heya!

I am moving to Phoenix soon and was wondering if you all had any suggestions any areas to look into or avoid.

I'm looking into renting an apartment or home. I will be working on Luke AFB and wouldn't want an insane commute.
