Has anyone else had some skins disappear?

My friend, who has the Origins edition, no longer has the skins that come with it. Gabriel Reyes, Strike Commander Morrison, etc.

I'm not sure if this is a known problem/something other people are experiencing, or if it's just a problem on their side. Of which if that's the case, some help would be appreciated.
