How to write intersex OC?

Hi! I don't use reddit often but I thought this might be a good place to ask this question.

I'm a perisex person who's part of the Queer community, and I have been wanting to create an Intersex OC. Is there any advice on what to look out for when creating an intersex character, or good sources to research the topic? I would love to have some ideas on what sort of traits/experiences I could include for an intersex character as well.
