Hello so I came to canada in grade 10 and now I am in grade 12 graduating soon.Before that I was in a english sytem based school my whole life in saudi arabia, Do i need to do the english proficiency exam or not.I applied to 8 unis and none of them mention that they are waiting for me to upload the exam in the portal.
