IS SMB LEGIT?

Is it just me but I've already applied and filled up their form 2 TIMES. (My English is B2) But they've already rejected me 2 times. Probably because they only accept people with experience? But they always advertise it that ANYONE, EVEN WITH NO EXPERIENCE, CAN APPLY.
