How does Mägo not have a Michelin star?
I recently had dinner at Mägo for the third time and was again so blown away by how creative and delicious each course was. I have admittedly limited experience with Michelin star restaurants, but I did go to Statebird Provisions in SF a few months ago and it was great but Mägo was clearly better imo.
Selfishly it not having a Michelin star makes it easier to get a reservation/keeps the cost down, but I do think it absolutely deserves one. Any thoughts on why it doesn’t?
