I hate my huge nose

Hello everyone, I'm really concerned about it. I find that it ruins my face and girls really find that unattractive. I'm considering a rhinoplasty, but I'm too young for it and I think it won't look good because my nasal bridge is really high. I'm 16, do you think my nose will keep growing until 18?
