Akrapovic vs Yoshimura vs Graves for sound and performance?

Looking to get one of these 3 but not sure what to get. Of course where I live they are sticklers about exhaust being street legal but I’ve seen people get away with it. Also is there another exhaust that is like tier 1 for the ninja 650 2023 version?
