Wisdom Spring event time line seems wrong.

At the start of the event we see Rapi in her normal SR form but later on talking with Mana they acknowledge her help on the surface, so this event should take place after chapter 34 where she help us, and Rapi should be in her RedHood form for it to fit the time line, so unless Rapi disguises or they went back to the Ark during the events of the last main story chapter it doesnt makes sense to me.
