Swiss Chalet slow service

Have any of you been to the Swiss Chalet by the Keg recently? I’ve been a few times and noticed the service being real slow. One time I was there for over 90 mins. It took like an hour to get our food. In 2023 I don’t recall them being that slow. It was only during this summer I noticed the time to get out food after ordering took longer. I decided to go to the Aurora location this week and it was nice and fast. Not sure if it’s the robot server Newmarket has that is causing the slow service. I’m thinking maybe they should go back to humans delivering the food to the tables. Seems like an extra step to load the robot in the kitchen. Then wait for it to go to the correct table at a slow pace.
