How long do you wait before uploading?

I find when I finish editing a video I upload it then and there. I want to gauge how much time should I spend critiquing a video versus moving on to the next one.

How long do you wait between editing to uploading a video? Do you take time to review your work, make changes, and then upload, or do you finish a video and post it right away?

Additionally do you edit across multiple sittings or do you try to finish a video in one go?
