How to handle a post that fits multiple subreddits?

I like to help people by sharing my experiences and what I’ve learned. A lot of this info really fits multiple subreddits…should I just post in one sub, then share that first post in the subsequent subs? Or should I make the same or similar post in the other subreddits? I’m not sure what is ok, what is preferred, and what is frowned upon. Thank you 🙏🏽
