If your baby sleeps fairly solid overnight, do you wake them to feed/initiate a feed or wait for them to cry?
Husband and I differ on this. Baby is 12 weeks and sleeps most of the night in the crib in our room and starts shuffling at the 4-5 hour mark. At this age I feel we should be feeding them around this point, as they won’t usually wake to eat/cry but start moving their head back and forth in the crib and wiggling around. My husband believes we should wait for them to cry before feeding them, but I fear we will go 8-10 hours without a night feed if so (I also have to pump anyway overnight once).
Curious how everyone is handling this if your baby sleeps overnight fairly consistently…
