How are you getting your babies to sleep if you’re not nursing them/giving them a bottle?

Our almost 4 months old is going through a regression or something bc he does NOT sleep. He also doesn’t have “normal” wake windows. He takes 1 or 2 naps for an hour or two and then is up for hours usually 5 hours straight. He is nearly always held or in the stroller for his naps. At night he’ll only be transferred to his crib if he’s exhausted.

We have black out curtains in our bedroom and we carry him, sing to him, shush him. He won’t tolerate being in a rocking chair. When I try to bring him into our room during the daytime for a nap he starts crying bc he knows I’m trying to put him down. He’s got crazy fomo or something. He also has terrible reflux. I wish I could incline on his crib to make him comfortable. Our pediatrician was against this at two months.
