HSM sponsorship with my current job
I have been working in the Netherlands in IT full-time since September, under a one-year contract. Since I'm non-EU my employer makes me use the Search Year visa first before they can sponsor the HSM after contract renewal (September this year).
I understand this is normal for my status to be in this way. However, I don't really like my current job. Should I stay until I got the HSM then move somewhere else or should I find another job, given that I'm on the search year visa and will require a sponsorship?
I would really appreciate any advice.
