K1 visa traveldocs: how pay fee?!

Hey everyone, I just submitted my DS160. Now I need to pay the fees. Where? And how? Only with having paid the fee I can schedule my interview, can’t I?

Also, why is the k1 visa always referred to as nonimmigrant, while on traveldocs it’s immigrant?
