Wasted potential of naruto!

Referring to "Naruto," I feel like the potential of jutsu was wasted. There was so much room for deeper exploration and creativity, but it often felt like some abilities were introduced and then forgotten or underutilized. If author aloud to push the limits of jutsu for Naruto, finding ways to blend different techniques or invent something completely groundbreaking. It’s frustrating to think about all the missed opportunities for innovation and strategy that could’ve made battles and the story even more dynamic.

Please this ain't no hate on him, it just that I went back and re-watch naruto and notice he didn't even bother to learn new techniques or learn the uzumaki sealing ability.
