Who should’ve been the god of Shinobi shinobi because these 3 where considered to be one of them at some point

In part hiruzen was considered to be the god of Shinobi by the leaf village and Orochimaru but it is strongly implied by the narratives and hiruzen himself aswell that minato was stronger than him in part 1 edo hashirama was his full power but his strength was retconned with the introduction of madara since he had to be way stinger than him so now he was dubbed the god of Shinobi and it was retconned.

So he should’ve truly been the god of Shinobi?
