Foreign nurse-friendly NLC States

Hello po! Anyone who tried here states na member ng Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)? I would like to have some insights on how and was it more or less the same sa common states like New York? I am aware po of the SSN kaya medyo mahirap sa ibang state pero are there any state na hindi na need niyan?
