Tender injection site

Hi everyone, I’ve been on mounjaro for about 5 months now and the last 2 injections have left me with a really sore tender spot on my thigh. Idk why I’ve been freaking myself out that I’ve given myself an infection but this has never been a problem until now! Anyone had a similar experience or any advice?
