NSV SW 460 CW 449

The weightloss itself has been underwhelming after 5 weeks. SW 460 CW 449. I was actually quite discouraged because in my mind, at 450 lbs, I should be losing a ton of weight fairly quickly with the significant dietary changes I made... but that wasn't happening. So I stopped weighing myself weekly and just focused on how I felt and my function.

I've been swimming 3-4 days a week, and today I swam 900 yards non-stop! I planned to go until I was tired this morning because I was running late and only had a 30 min window to exercise before I had to head to work, so I was just going to try a max distance. Turned out I could just keep going the full time, and had to stop just so I could go to work haha. I was actually stunned by this because when I started last month I s*** you not, I had to stop just going down and back each time because I was completely winded gasping for air with heart rate in the 160s-170s just from going 50 yards.

Also my suit kept almost falling off and I had to keep tightening it-- so I know I must have lost some weight haha.

So definitely a bit encouraging. Thanks for listening :D
