It has been brought up to us that players from United States are unable to access the game and we're trying to reach out to higher ups regarding the situation. We will update the post as soon as we receive any information about the issue.

I cannot log into the game.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, access to Mobile Legends: Bang Bang in the US will unfortunately be temporarily suspended starting January 19, 2025.

Although we are unable to provide service in the US, we encourage you to stay updated by following our official community channels for the latest news. We deeply value our vibrant player community and are actively exploring possibilities to bring the game back in the future. Services in other regions will remain available as usual.


Will my account be suspended or deleted?

How can I export my game data?

For US users, exporting game data is a straightforward process. Please follow the steps below:

Go to our website, sign in with your game account credentials and apply for export of Game Data on the website.


How do I apply for account deletion?

If you wish to delete your account, please follow the steps below:

Tap on your Avatar - Account Settings - Account Center - Cancel Account, you'll be directed to the deletion webpage.

1- On the webpage, carefully follow the instructions to complete the deletion application.

2- After submitting the request, it will take approximately two months for the account to be permanently deleted. During this period, the account owner can cancel the deletion request at any time.

What if I have multiple characters (on multiple servers) on one account?

If you have multiple characters on one account, you can choose to delete only one of the characters while keeping the others intact.

How will I know if my account deletion is successful?

Once the account deletion process is complete, you will no longer be able to log in to the game, and the account will not be found in the game.
