I can't find these

I've sent support in the app about these specific charismas not showing in the shop. For context I thought this can be obtained in a separate event but it's not showing anywhere or even in hxh event category, event shop, event tokens or the collection. I want to know when and where we can obtain these for collection purposes. Is it a bug in the event? idk 😩 I mean these iconic chocolate robot and beatle phone are just too cute not to flex on your pfp 🥹
