Can’t find SID/STAR in simbrief

Hey guys so I’m a beginner who just started and have only flown a handful of easy mode flights basically.

When creating a a flight plan on simbrief I was looking at the route section and able to click “Find SID/STAR” and it would show me the options I had. Now it seems like any route I pick I cannot get that to load. Any ideas?
