The Cake Show Ballerina Koi Footwear Platform Shoes

On the 16th of September, the Melanie Martinez x Koi Footwear shoes will be releasing, and I absolutely adore the look of the Cake Show Ballerina Platform Shoes, so much so I'd like to buy a pair. However they're dead pricey, so I was just wondering if I can get feedback from people who have previously bought them!
What's the quality like? Are they comfortable? Do they scuff easily? Do they unglue anywhere easily? Are they worth £80? Do they deal well with the rain? The website says they are true to size, is that accurate? Would they fall apart after a month of almost daily wear?
Additionally, I'm aware many people had issues with their purchases last time they were restocked, I've seen plenty pictures of torn 'tongues' and glue stains both on this subreddit as well as on Instagram, so:
what were your experiences with ordering and receiving the Cake Show Ballerina Platform Shoes like? What's Koi Footwear's customer service like - if I was to have issues would it be easy enough to have it dealt with?
