Need to replace this plate/cover. What is it called?
I replaced the fuel filter in my 2008 Scion xD. The fuel filter is in the gas tank under the back seat. To get to it, I had to remove this plate that was "glued" in place. I bent it pretty good while removing it, and I'm not confident I've got a good seal. And I think I need a good seal to keep exhaust fumes from leaking in.
What is this plate/cover called? I can't find it on the parts diagrams I've looked at. Thanks!

As you can see, I've added a lot of silicone to try and make a seal, but I'm not confident and want to replace the plate/cover to make sure I get a proper seal.
