'10 Mazda cx-7 acting weird out of nowhere

My wife sent me this video after dropping the kid off at school. The lights (interior and exterior) started dimming while she was driving and the speedometer was bouncing from 0 to 20. When she parked the speedometer went to max. After that the car wouldn't start, she went into the store and came back and it started up fine with no issues and she drove home.

We're taking it into a mechanic, but curious if anyone has seen this before or might know what the issue(s) could be.
