What to do if you suspect a student is homeless

I don’t want to give too much detail (for the sake of this person’s privacy), but I suspect a student may be homeless (or at least not have food), and I want to help but I’m not sure how. They don’t really talk to anyone, so I’m not sure how to go up to them, and bring up something like this. What should I do😭
