Does TBB's warranty cover secondhand bags?

Hey guys,

Does anyone know if TBB's warranty cover secondhand bags? Their warranty policy is silent about secondhand goods. I tried emailing them about this but no response as usual. Since I have no idea if they would ever restock their ballistic concealpacks, I may have to get a secondhand one instead. I'm also curious if they actually honor their warranty since they hardly respond to emails.
