She makes one phone call to KP the moment she smells something wrong because there was an active missing person's case . Voila, the police show up at Manuel’s house, check it, and that’s it—end of the story. But instead, she decides to do the police work herself. Then the guys decide to do the acid work inside a home where a missing person’s case is actively being followed by the police. Who would do that? What a joke of a plot.
